Renovation Approvals
Residents must get approval from the ARC in order to make renovations or additions to their property. These items include pools, playlets, trampolines, etc. Please email arc@windrivertulsa.com to get approval prior to construction/installation.
Clubhouse and Pool Rentals
To rent the pool or club house for a private party, email Marcia Nelson at Collins & Associates. Pool Rules are posted to the right.
